CMS training

Our OneCore Content Management System is easy to use, but it does include lots of tools. We will provide, as part of your initial package, sufficient training for you or your designated members of staff to be able to use with confidence all the appropriate editing tools, to insert and to edit page content and other elements that go to make up a Web page.

We feel we must point out that writing ‘copy’ – the text that is displayed on the pages – for the Web is quite a specialised craft, and you should make sure that your copywriters are competent in the various facets of that craft. Or, alternatively, you could use our copywriting services. Use the navigation bar on the left to read more.

After you have had the initial OneCore training to learn the basics, we can provide further training, if required, on a negotiated cost basis, to improve the skills of your staff in using the CMS to develop and improve your Website.


SEO Training

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is an essential activity if your business is really to make its mark on the Web. Certainly, your competitors will be working to keep ahead of the game, and you will need to work hard to keep ahead of them.

Our OneCore CMS includes various tools that you can use for ongoing adjustments and to understand and evaluate the performance of your Website as a part of your overall marketing. We will provide basic training in the mechanics of using these tools as a part of your initial package, but they need to be used constantly and consistently if they are to help you to improve the performance of your Website.

We also provide a page of links to independent SEO tools, for you to use if you wish. We can provide further training in the use of all these SEO tools – both those within the CMS and those named on our website – as required, on a negotiated basis.

We do not, at the moment, provide full training on exactly how to make the decisions on what needs doing, as that will depend on your business and the circumstances current at the time, in an on-going and ever-changing situation. We do provide full SEO services to help you to make good business decisions about what to do on your Website by providing you with up-to-date information. The range of information depends on which modules of the SEO services you require.
